Massage Therapy

Many people have massage therapy on the recommendation of the osteopaths. They do this to help with specific problems caused by tight muscles. Plenty of people also book massage for a range of conditions that don’t affect the bones, joints or muscles. Some people have a massage purely for relaxation and wellbeing. In addition to being a great way to ease muscle tension, de-stress and revitalise, massage therapy has been shown to:

  • Increase circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Improve immune function by increasing white blood cell count
  • Help certain types of headaches
  • Lower blood pressure and heart rate

We are located in Prestwood, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, and serve areas like Hazlemere / Penn / Tylers Green, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Little Chalfont, Chalfont St. Giles, Kingshill and High Wycombe. Our massage therapist Theo offers deep-tissue and holistic massage.
