Osteopathy and Pilates is available Monday to Saturday with late evenings Wednesday and Thursday

• General Structural Osteopathy
• Deep soft tissue work including the use of equipment for pain control from the USA

• Prescribed OsteoPilates exercise

At your first visit the osteopath will take a full case history and you will normally be asked to remove some of your clothing for assessment and treatment.

Many patients come to us with bad backs, bad lower backs or neck pain but osteopathy can often prove beneficial with a wide range of joint and health problems from sports injuries to headaches.

Fees (Most health insurances accepted) — First appointment £50 for 45 minutes, follow–ups if required £45 for 30 minutes.
